  During this very dynamic pandemic COVID-19 Coronavirus period we ask all unit owners and their guests to take seriously all the cautionary recommended sanitary practices, i.e. social distances (6-foot separation of individuals), hand washing with hot water and soap for 20 seconds or more, disinfect surfaces around your home, properly cover your mouth if you have a sneeze or cough and wear a face mask at all times outdoors on condo property. Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
